I’m really happy with my experience here today! I came in to have a coolant flush and transmission fluid change done on my car. It took a little longer than expected, but I completely understand that working on a German vehicle can sometimes take extra time. What I really appreciated was the excellent price and how kind and helpful everyone was. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. I will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Solo Tech Autoworks. My Jeep's engine blew on my way to Cocoa Beach and had to be towed in on AAA's recommendation. Eric, the owner, was straightforward from the start and kept me updated throughout diagnosis and on my repair options. The work was done fairly quickly given the scope of the job. After I picked it up, a small issue came up that turned out to be a manufacturer defect — Eric and his team were eager to help and got it sorted right away. Great communication and honest service. Would trust them with my vehicles again.

This has been the best shop I have found since I moved here to Palm Bay/ Melbourne area. The service, pricing, communication throughout the process has been exceptional. I would not recommend any other shop currently. There have been little things that didn’t sit right with me or things that they would tell me that I would fact check and it just didn’t make sense or they would give my car back and it wasn’t 100% and they wouldn’t tell me about it or let me find it out myself and try to charge me more verse telling me up front. This shop, even if there was a mistake, has completely right their wrongs and ensured I was taken care of. I highly rate this shop for any vehicle needs as long as they can and offer the service.

I put in a transmission control module myself but I couldn’t program it to the vehicle myself. Eric and Riley took care of me. I dropped it off very late in the day and was told might be held till next day do to how late in the day I got it there. Still got it programmed and out by closing.
